A STEP BEYOND ORGANIC: BODEGAS TEMPORE ON THE ROAD TO BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE
New projects at Bodegas Tempore! We just started the journey towards the Certification in Biodynamic Agriculture, controlled by Demeter organization. The respect for the land, the soil and its environment is our main reason to incorporate this type of crop, with the consequential objective of giving our organic wines the best quality.
We joined this adventure guided by Ángel Amurrio from the company Biodinámica Tierra Viva in Navarra. Amurrio highlights the interrelation between soils, plants and animals, considering it aa balanced system.

We trust that the biodynamic agriculture allows us to have a bigger production and with a higher quality, especially in such dry and inhospitable soils like ours. We will let you know!
