September is being an extremely hot month, very unusual for this time of year. summer arrived late and it seems as though it wants to make it's way into Autumn. This heat has resulted in that the grapes have matured before expected, this is why we started the harvest so soon. The harvest started on the 9th of September and by the 19th all the grapes where in the winery. The TEMPORE team has worked very hard to ensure that all of the grapes were picked at the optimal moment.
During the harvest we could see that the fruit was very juicy and concentrated, we could tell that this years harvest was going to be good. However, oncein the winery, we proceeded with some tests and we can confirm that the grape is of a great quality and excellent concentration.
In Bodegas TEMPORE we are very happy with these results and we expect fabulous wines from the harvest 2011.
