Finally at dawn today, before sunrise, Bodegas TEMPORE has started the harvest 2015. Excited and nervous at the same time. It’s been a lot of hard work throughout the year and it’s the moment to see the results, the final exam. Our team in the vineyards, Victor, Tudor and Bogdan are ready for long days and nights ahead to complete the harvest. In the winery, Eduardo, José María and Vicente will control how each grapes enters the winery and every process in the winemaking.
Ahead we have several intense weeks of hard work of which we will enjoy every minute watching how this hard work will slowly turn into the beautiful wines that we will be able to enjoy next year.
