The past 26th of March, coinciding with the seventh edition of "Los Secretos de la Cata / The Secrets of Wine Tasting", there was held a tasting of wines from Aragon, event promoted by the "Catedra Multicaja of Zaragoza University". This event is a blind wine tasting of eight wines from the region with the participation of Zaragoza University students, the tasting was lead by the wine expert Mariano Navascués. Bodegas TEMPORE offered their wines to be a part of this project amongst other cellars such as Bodegas Borsao, Alto Moncayo or Grandes Vinos y Viñedos. The result of this original initiative reflected the preferences of the new generations of wine consumers. They prefer aged wines to young wines and they are also very focused on a good quality / price ratio at the moment of purchase of the wine. This pioneer experience, not only helps the young consumers to learn how to enjoy and know the wines but also helps all the cellars to have a larger knowledge of this young market segment that is getting stronger and more demanding every day. Bodegas TEMPORE will be making a good note of these results.
