The harvest is carried out in the second fortnight of September.
The tradition and experience we have gained in vine cultivation are the pillars on which the vineyard works every day to obtain a fruit of the highest quality that reaches the winery in the best sanitary and maturity conditions so as to ensure that our wines are of the best possible quality.
The manual harvest is carried out for our oldest vines, the need to be done by expert hands to ensure the well being of the plan and the correct ripeness. These are small productions used for our top quality wines.
The mechanical harvest is done on the trellises vines, this method allows us to reach the grape at it's optimal moment of maturity. This system allows us to carry out the harvest during the night to avoid the high temperatures during the day. This gives us a better control over the fermentation process in order to obtain top quality wines.
